From pioneering the first plotted layouts in Sangavi to building landmark mixed-use projects in Taroda, the Renapurkar legacy is etched into the very geography of Nanded.

1980s — The Foundation

The Renapurkar Family Begins

Pioneered plotted layouts in Sangavi, Pawadewadi and Asadullabad — creating Nath Nagar, Gopal Nagar, Ambika Nagar, Amba Nagar, Radha Nagari, Krupalu Nagar and more. Entire neighbourhoods bear the Renapurkar mark to this day.

2nd Generation

Balbhim Vishwanathrao Renapurkar

Carried the legacy forward with dedication — delivering landmark projects including Shri Krishna Hills (2002) at Nath Nagar. Also built and continues to manage the Shri Astabhuja Varadaini Renuka Mata Temple at Gopal Nagar, Sangavi, where food is donated to all on every Purnima.

2012–Present — 3rd Generation

Abhijeet Balbhim Renapurkar

After completing his Masters in MIS from the University of Houston, Texas and working with AIG in North Carolina, USA, Abhijeet returned to Nanded with global perspective — bringing modern systems and digital-first thinking to a 40-year family legacy. Under his leadership: 12+ new projects, CREDAI Nanded Presidency, Lions Club of Nanded Pride Presidency.

Professional Background

Abhijeet Renapurkar brings a rare combination of global education and local commitment to Nanded's real estate sector. Armed with an electronics engineering degree from the University of Pune and a Masters in Management Information Systems from the University of Houston, Texas — followed by professional experience at AIG in Greensboro, North Carolina — he returned to Nanded in 2012 to lead the family business into its third generation.

Industry Leadership

As President of CREDAI Nanded — the Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India — Abhijeet advocates for ethical construction practices, buyer protection, and organised development across the Marathwada region. He was featured on national television on Z24 Tass in the show "Sarwasathi Ghare" (2022), hosted by Mr. Suresh Haware, which brought the R.K. Builders story to audiences across Maharashtra. He is also the recipient of the SAKAL Papers Star Excellence Award.
