The Renapurkar family has been building homes and communities since the 1980s — long before real estate became an organised industry in Nanded.

1980s — The Foundation
The Renapurkar Family Begins
Pioneered plotted layouts in Sangavi, Pawadewadi and Asadullabad — creating Nath Nagar, Gopal Nagar, Ambika Nagar, Amba Nagar, Radha Nagari, Krupalu Nagar and more. Entire neighbourhoods bear the Renapurkar mark.
2nd Generation
Balbhim Vishwanathrao Renapurkar
Expanded the family legacy with landmark projects including Shri Krishna Hills (2002). Built and manages the Shri Astabhuja Varadaini Renuka Mata Temple at Gopal Nagar, Sangavi — where food is donated to all on every Purnima.
2012–Present — 3rd Generation
Abhijeet Balbhim Renapurkar
After Masters in MIS from University of Houston, Texas and work at AIG, North Carolina, USA — Abhijeet returned to Nanded bringing global standards to a family legacy. 12+ new projects, CREDAI Nanded Presidency, digital-first future.

Abhijeet Renapurkar brings a rare combination of technical depth and business leadership to Nanded's real estate. With an engineering degree from Pune and a Masters in MIS from the University of Houston, Texas, followed by professional experience at AIG in North Carolina, he returned to carry his family's 40-year legacy into the modern era.
